Individual
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a Singapore citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident or a foreigner holding a valid Work Permit or Employment Pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Possess at least 3 GCE ‘O’ level credit passes
- Possess Certificates of General Insurance or other acceptable qualifications
Corporate
- Business/Company must be registered with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA)
- Be a Singapore citizen or a Singapore Permanent Resident or a foreigner holding a valid Work Permit or Employment Pass issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Minimum paid-up capital of S$25,000
- Nominee agent must satisfy similar criteria as that for Individual agent
